    Can you help me? When i choose my character and trying to enter the game will auto close.
    anti virus off, firewall off, windows defender and used a vpn but nothing works. Any suggestion? I want to play it so bad :(

    Have you tried to update the Visual C++ to the latest version?

    You could try to delete the BDO folder in your username/Documents folder, that sometimes fixes the problems...hope this works out for you.

    Oh! By the way, when you find a fix, please reply to this thread and tell us how you fixed it, so others can benefit as well as the thread being moved to solved.

    Yup installed it already, coz i'm playing other bdo servers too and they are working fine.

    Okay I will update here if I fix the problem.

    Can't fix it, maybe it's time to quit and uninstall this game :(

    try again in a few hours. I left mine for 2 hours or so and everything when back to normal

    I left mine overnight and it's always the same so i uninstalled it. Trying to find a new server now.

    Anyway thanks for the help, appreciate it :)
