Preparing to download/ "Maintenance"

I keep getting stuck at preparing to download, and at "update files didn't upload to server yet. Please, try again later."

I have tried that, I didn't work for me.

 

Try also no.24 and if still not working, try use VPN.

With it saying "update files didn't upload to server yet", are you trying to use the files given for the new update? if so, it will not work yet until the update is implemented.
