Can't start the launcher _Solved

I get this error

Is your friend, usually you can delete the Cache folder in User/Documents/BDO folder, then run a force-check, otherwise check out the link.

 

I checked the link you provided but i couldn't find my problem.
I also tried deleting UserCache folder but i get the same error.
And i can't run a force check simply cuz i can't even run the launcher.

I had this problem, but I forgot how to resolve it...Think it was an update of Windows, or Net Framework, but I simply cannot remember, all I know is that this has been a known problem so it absolutely has a solution that works...hope you find a solution soon.

I solved the problem by reinstalling the OS

 

There should be some problem in app.config file. Would you mind showing us your configuration file? Or atleast ConnectionStrings section.
You can find this config. file in the folder where your application is present.

• Go to the location from where your exe is running.
• Find a file with a name something like yourExeName.exe.config

Copy it and paste it the content here for 'em to be able to solve your issue.
