just logged in after months of being away, now my whole inventory is missing char has been deleted, says account is in eu now, im i able to get some help plz

 

Characters are not deleted like that for no reason. Did you stop playing when there were two servers?

 

no i justed logged back in and everything is gone
my account is there but can only go in to eu not na
all na char are gone

ok so i have another questions, i was able to log in now, when the game opens after log in, after loading screen i hit the start button
then it tells me account dont exist, but i just logged in at the launch?

 

Hi i have the same problem, my character is missing as well, but when i logged in at the website and checked it in my account, my character only exists in EU server, why can't i access it in NA server anymore? please help me recover my character. many thanks

 

Try changing your password.

If you created your characters on NA then they are still there. There is no way they will suddenly appear on EU if you didn't create them there. If you don't find them, send me a private message with your account name and I will take a look.

 

Sorry, i didn't know about the update that i should choose EU and NA server from the launcher unlike before that we could play on both servers. thank you for your reply my character still exists.
