    What he meant is the skill in the center. It should be there when all of your skills are socketed even if it's not enchanted.

    The vision stigma, regardless of all other stigma enhancement level, as long as you have all 3 prerequisites should always appear. That's what he is reporting here not that he doesn't have the other stigma slot that opens at +12.

    it's not working at the moment, but the max enchant of stigma is up to +12. I am sure they are already working on it. Let's just wait for the fix.
