    How far back was the server rolled back? I started playing today and upon logging back on my character is gone. Any advice or help here? Or do I need to start from scratch again?

    If you didn't relog to "save your progress" when the server announced to shut down, from the minute you logged on until the server went down is your rollback period.

    I had to take care of some stuff, so while I wasn't there for when the server shut down, I know I logged off before it went down. Was a lv 32 Ranger but now I can't find the character on any of the channels. Any way to retrieve her or am I S.O.L?

    sir you can't be a level 32 ranger. you get instant lvl 75 upon completing ascension quest...
