from last crash server

Hi GMs i have big trouble with last crash server i lost two tahabata swords +15 with full crit manastones and remodel sanctum sword now i have one tahabata sword and with lol stupid set manastones anone can give me answer WTF THIS THAT ? when can help me solved in server name character CORNELLIUS thx ....:rightful:

 

Did you buy them right before the server crashed? Or when the server crashed?

 

BTW see LOG file for nick malefice its my next char i buy this swords +15 for 300kk in heiron and traded to cornelius in cornelius i change skin as remodel and manastoned added but now i have only one sword with randomed manastones where my one next sword and what now i lost kinahs with supplements as add manastones .... and manastones more .... btw tHX for solved today .

gm or developer can see log of my chars on acc and see i have rly in all right so when gm rdy to solved i can play :X

 

You'll need screenshot evidence that you ever had these items, or try going into your chatlog, and look for where it says you bought these items

 

lol ? this your solved problem ? go to console and read log omg same aas lineage i have lineage server and this log search is easy and dont say me that where the fckin screenshoot i dont have screenshot because i buy today before 4-5 hour .omg when its all from gm help so i go another server where maybe can better help from GMs or developers . and i never use any action in fckin crash server so why i pay for fail from server ....

 

Nice Mouth! And the only person that has access to the logs is Carl. Hence why he asked you to look in YOUR chat logs to find it.

So when u are proffesional call your developer and see to logs !!! but dont say me for screenshot !!! in logs u see all action ! nick MALEFICE and CORNELLIUS.

And when u have trouble with server u must invite better developer or invite next developer for fast solved problems ..... but dont tell me for screenshot when i dont have because i dont need screenshot i have screens only from action from bosses without see inventory or banners .

 

Then I guess you don't want your items. And they ask for screenshots for this purpose. They don't want to give items to people out who never had them. This is also known as a SCAM. He's doing what every other GM would ask for. So don't bite his head off for going by the RULES.

 

Provide proof, pics or logs or you're full of crap.

Its not hard to go into you chatlogs and check there.... screen shot and your done.

Go to your AION folder and open your file the says CHAT ... Look, Copy And Paste In PM to GM. Simple, Fast And You get your stuff back.

 

We don't have logs of everything that happens on the server, retail servers are the only ones with this. I told you to check your chatlogs for proof that you ever had them since I assumed you don't have a screenshot of the items, if you don't do this you won't get your items back.

 

Yeah iam developer and graphic i know and i know core and database so wy this action is not hard why cant see now to log ? ah ? This is first trouble from 9 days i play here and i need only give back two my items and deleted one randomed items what i cant have lol easy see cahracter malefice with him i buy in heiron this swords +15 for 150kk each one and give to as warehouse acc to chracter cornelius and with cornellius i remodel this item to sanctum swords and go droped manastones and make fully manastoned critical +15 now i have one taha sword and randomly stupid manastones so why cant dev see to my log nad see where the fail why ?i need only this solved because i dont have time for lost more because i work not school or other ...

 

You just don't understand! The server only logs server crashes Im sure. This is not a retail server like he said, so it isn't gonna log everything, even if it did, the GMs probably does NOT have access to them. Hence why he asked you to copy, paste and PM them to him.

 

Never lost a single item from a crash. It's so easy to say I lost something without having a screenshot or proof.

 

i understand i sad CALL YOUR DEVELOPER lol or say me wait for developer but dont say me lol chat . And only small servers have fully logs ? so why we have retail server 3k ppl online and we have logs with all action what all ppl in all time work trade,pick,drop,mail,message or other so we are small ? and we are online developers 24/7 no crash and restarts per one week . So thats why i sad solved my problem . This problem is from side server not from me and i waitonly for solved not for spam when gm say me wait for dev say time how much i need wait when this i can peace but gm tell me for screens or i cant obtain items back its maybe normal for u not me . This not flame this only chat for solved server problem ad i wait only for normal suggestition with solved this problem .
