Resolved I cannot enter my Marketplace

Hello Support team,
I just downloaded the game on my second computer (which is at another location then my computer, so that means I have another ip connected to the database).
I logged on and tought it was all fine, my character was there, had the same levels, and everything was fine.
Then I tried to open the marketplace and got this message: "Couldn't load the information from the Central Market. Try again."
Is there anything I can do at this point? or do I have to wait till im back at my other pc?

I uploaded the error message too.

Close game, close launcher, delete service.ini file and run launcher and force file check in it.
