About Workers Promotions

Is the chance of promoting workers here also increased? How much?

 

Not sure, and it really doesn't make much difference according to my experience at least. It is EXTREMELY rare to have an Apprentice Worker (green), to NOT get promoted in general. While it does happen to have some Professional Workers (yellow), stay at that tier even at level 30, it is rare to have Skilled Workers (blue) not getting promoted.

So all in all, this is one aspect of the GamezBD version, that is in NO need of an increase, at least in my opinion.

There is of course the main trouble with Naive Workers (grey), that they will only very rarely get promoted, and they cannot progress beyond level 10, but if you just keep using Energy in order to get the higher tiered Workers, you should be just fine.
