Bugged/Missing Epheria Frigate Ship

Hello,

My Epheria Frigate ship has been bugged out since the ocean expansion went out. Sadly, the patches didn't fix my issue. I've used remote collect on the ship as soon as the update was live, when there was an issue with the npcs, and it's been bugged since then.
The character who did the recall is my shai Callistege, family name: Sylaise , server: EU
I used the remote collect on the Epheria Wharf manager npc. This is how the wharf manager looks like:

The frigate is grayed out and I can't interact with it at all. I think the problem is that the server still thinks the frigate is out in the ocean and not inside the wharf.
This is a screenshot from another wharf manager (heidel), the only boat listed is the Rowboat and the frigate isn't anywhere.

But unfortunately, the frigate disappeared from the ocean as well and I have no ship icon on any of my characters:

So it seems like the ship doesn't exist in the world anymore, while also not being inside the Epheria wharf manager.
I've tried deleting my local cache folders and used other character to check the wharf manager but it didn't help.

In your first screenshot , look under your vessel's name.That is where your frigate was sent when remote collection was used.

 

Thank you! That was indeed the case. I ran all the way to Kuit Island Wharf Manager and the ship was there.
