Is everything ok with fishing or is it just me?

Recently we got a fix to that crap bug where our characters wouldn't start the fishing minigame(the white icon with a moving fish would appear but the yellow button that comes next don't), making impossible to AFK fishing or even active. However, it's been time since I've noticed that sometimes blue fish or higher wouldn't appear, sometimes not even green ones. Places like Epheria and Ratt were affected, but after the last update it started to happen in other places, like Velia... Yesterday I was fishing in Okilua and suddenly I was at Ratt(don't know why) and I had caught 4 fishs in Okilua, 1 Chromis and 3 blue. Since I didn't knew what happened I left fishing there, even knowing Ratt's fishing table are bugged. So I got nothing there but trash loot... Today morning, after the update, I managed to get back and I've left afk fishing in Velia, for my surprise not a single fish were caught within more than 2~3 hours of afk fishing... When I noticed I changed the channel, and guess what? The first fish I got was a blue one... Is it just me or someone else have noticed that? @loboram?

Yes it does stack, but it's not 100%.

I don't know about fishing, but taming horses seems impossible too. You can't win the game of tag unless you are the Flash and press the key at the speed of light.
