Bug Description:

Vell still takes damage before it spawns...​

How to reproduce/proof:

Vell still takes damage before it spawns.
Also please space out the spawn timers between servers and make it at least twice a week.​

Yeah, Vell is bugged, that's why it's a TEST. Also, who played retail knows that Vell was a pain in the ass when launched there. Full of bugs.
Btw, Vell wasn't made to be easy... Stop asking for more spawns or time between channel spawns. It's made to spawn 1 per channel in the same time to prevent lag and bugs, so everyone could enjoy, it works exactly like this on retail.
Ps: you can still kill him 2 times, like in retail, but don't forget the delay to change channels.

 

Yeah well I am reporting that it's still bugged. Vell was never in this state on retail but that's besides the point.
Also this is a private server and you have equal chances of obtaining rare items from bundles as on retail, bosses on retail spawn once per day while here we got multiple spawns.

It's the same thing as the week before. Except now his drop comes to BS safe. Btw, did you guys fixed Carrack damage in the last update? It's ridiculous to see player abusing this bug to prevent other players from doing Vell.
