State of servers, waste of premium

Due to last 5 days of what's going on, on this server we aren't able to play for few hours without dc, weird bugs or gliches.
A lot of us due to recent events around the world stays at home so we know how it's like.

As a person who brought prem for this occasion I wan't 7 days extend to everyone who has it.
It would be fair, we are paying but we have hard time enjoying it.

Come on @Kolka it happend 3 times again today. I know you guys have been working hard to fix it but understand us.

 

Please give compensation on loss time for premium players.

 

I would much rather them bring us new content and have a little downtime for them to patch things.

 

Hey you can always still play retail, where you will have the same issue during patches, plus having to spend 10 times more even real money for storage slots and all.

 

People like you without constructive criticism isn't much helping others at all nor you're helpful as a member of community, while i do partly agree with compensation of some kind (pearls alone would be just fine) at least take some of your time to form your argument or at very least say something constructive other then the same, repetitive sentence that 90% of people here say whenever some complaint is thrown at developers, It's almost like you're asking a smoker why does he smoke and he comes back with same sentence "You're gonna die somehow anyway."

 

ive been here since 2010 and since they updated to 7.0 now my toons were deleted. and they said that they dont delete any toons

 

Ya its a waste now. Hopefully they compensate us for lost premium etc... I refreshed my premium yesterday then 10 min later. Lag and CM/Premium dissabled lol. These have worked good for a long time. And the lag seemed to happend at spesific times a day idk

 

Oof, that really sucks to hear Carnage...I've always heard of people loosing characters when updates happen due to some bug and such. Did you manage to get them back at least later down the line?

 

Servers seem to be returned to normal for now. But i havent heard any about compensation/restoration for the lost premium time etc.. yet. @ArchDevil I would say 7 days is a bit much to ask for tho idk. In my opinion we should get our lost time returned. Pearls could also work idk. But yesterday to today all of us who had premium lost about 14 hours worth of premium.

 

i think its quite bad treatment to firstly not give us any clear indication of what is happening with the servers, or any vague ETA. what is more, is that they now have fully disabled premium, without even PAUSING it? so people who have paid for these days have not lost out. many will continue paying premium, but this just shows that there is little to no care about the users, and money only matters.

We all see this but still after so many days @Kolka didn't even read it, I really do love supporting this server but come on, we are the ones who support you mostly by using shop and buying premium.

I do understand your outrage, that after paying for Premium, you had several hours without being able to access the service for which you paid, which counts as lost Premium time. It is indeed a sad event for you, but one post asking kindly for some compensation should have been more than enough, especially if you wanted some compensation. However once you start overreacting (by which I mean behaving badly), it becomes much harder for the Developer to behave nicely as well.
Think about that in the future when you want to complain, that a kind/nice asking for something is much more likely to provide you with results.

 

What accusations are you refering to i dont understand? I wasnt really on an outrage or angry in anyway. I was basicly replying to the post stating my opinion not complaining. I dont really see the point of your reply to my post to be honest. I didnt show any signs of being angry or on an outrage. Just having a discussion.

This is not just an opinion or a discussion at all. This is all out aggro'ing on GamezBD. This is NOT just my opinion of this but a fact, which is why I asked you nicely to take that into consideration in the future.

So I think that the Admins. and Devs. should check it out, the game logs and so on, if they feel for your loss then you might be compensated, but not due to this sort of behavior, as I have asked you not to continue
