No mails when we took altars no stelliums rewards

Hmmm how to fix this problem?

 

We receive stelliums after we successfully conquer the respective altars. Did you check how many altars did ur race conquer or did u hit the boss?

 

WTF ofc why not?we took 2 altars only got 3 stelliums?

 

Are you really sure? you didn't receive Altar Rewards? Some players who joined Altar Siege gets their reward.

 

Do i look trolling to you?I post thread?

Its been 1 week now i don't receive stelliums mails i thought it was bug and normal and tried relog couple of times and stilll got 0 mails

 

I think it would be much faster if u provide screenshot of the issue. Cuz we receive more than 3 stell. Do u have some proof? U can post it in the bug thread for much faster and organized section strictly for bug in game.

 

Ofc i have proofs BTW mind your own business i don't need your help i need staff here PS: You're not helping any of these

U JUST HAVE TO POST UR PROBLEM AND THE STAFFS WILL SEE IT AND READ IT. NO NEED TO CREATE THREAD AND THREAD AFTER ONE ANOTHER FOR A SPECIFIC BUG IN GAME.
