I can't log in to server (NA)

Everything was fine til now ,I can log in into every EU server.
But I can't log in in any NA server (In bdo1.jpg)
After I pressed "Enter" It showed up the black screen (In bdo2.jpg) then it closed itself and brought me to the launcher.
There was not any of error shown up.

 

How can I fix it ??

 

Did you try any of the Common Errors and Solutions?

If I were you I would start with deleting the cache folder in your documents folder.

 

This started to happen on my laptop too and now my main PC isn't working too.
Yes on laptop i tried the most of the fixes and reinstall 3 times

 

Have you maybe missed a windows update somewhere?
Did you really try the most common fixes, if so what have you tried?
Are you running any third-party software in conjunction with GamezBD?

 

well i try to find anything about bdo and delete and redownloaded and seems to work but if i go channel 3 and 4 sometimes it bugs and have to delete cache or gamezbdo from %appdata%local(even if i try to join any other channel after join 3/4)
let's just hope doesn't happen again
but yeah i try anything about makes the game not start or close automatically basically

 

hmmm...you didn't actually answer my questions...so I cannot help that much, sorry

 

1- well my pc use to update by itself so i guess no problem with that
2- i try 2/6/9/11/13/22(several times ofc)/43/use new .exe/i dont have anti virus so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ / even change internet between 3 different ones
3-as far i know only things i have open is malwarebytes(this only on my pc and my laptop had this problem since long time like almost 1 week or so but i didnt care much cause i can always play on pc right but yeah /twitch/ and sometimes google or either games launchers as origin/steam etc

 

haha ... sounds same as me ... tried all in this post http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/ that i thought applied ... my computer is brand new (litteraly only had it 7 days) though and i've not changed my isp ... i5-9400 cpu 8 gb ram only thing that maybe effecting this is i'm using onboard gfx but i'm playing other games like assassin's creed (any) just fine ...

 

can you try to delete all like %appdata%\local\GAMEZBDO
delete documents\black desert online
I basically deleted everything about bdo and reinstall
I mean it worked for me so far at least

 

i'll give it a go ... not looking forward to another 7 hour download ... one thing i did try that i thought might be a problem is re-install .net 4.1.6 ... it wouldn't let me cuz i got a higher version ... pretty sure i saw a torrent link for download ... cant find it now ... can someone direct me to it please?

 

Well funny asf every week i must delete the game and see if work with brand new reinstall
