Can get pass terms and conditions

Hey my problem started today.... After i got stuck in 2v2 event i forced logged out. After that when i log in and accept to the terms and conditions, nothing happens. I dont see my characters or nothing.... It doesnt continue to the next stage which is my character selection....

 

Hello, go to task manager and check If there's any aion client is still running then close it. Try again to login for few times.

 

Thank you it worked but now everytime i try to log on my chanter it kicks me out the game... All my other alts are fine, i did the .fix command on my other alt and it still didnt work....

 

Your character got hard stuck and you will have to wait until the server restart.
