hmmm well i know can give ban to IP. and try to do not new acouts.

 

My Suggestion. Make an totally banned for IP or warning banned. It can be a attempt: first attempt can be a warning and its depend on the user what he/she attempting to do(bug abusing, dupe, or etc). Second attempt will be totally banned, if they got banned and want to play again. Just PM the SAM or AM BUT they need to tell the reason why they got banned from the game and not just a "reason"! For example: If they attempt to dupe, then they need to tell how they do that. So that if devs know how they do that, devs can fix the game like upgrading the security if they using an another software to dupe or bug abusing that cause an dupe of items. Lastly, they need to make an promises that they will not do it again but if they do it again, then sorry they will be totally banned from the game. (sorry im not good in english but i just want to help)
Ps. If possible the IP ban, why not? Tell me..

You're referring to VPN I guess. That doesn't work much. What I mean is, contact internet service provider, get change of IP, then it's good. You'll be back in the game in no time, but... your account will remain banned as it be.

 

I know someone did that and he/she was able to play again.

Maybe a cleric chain of suffering is a bug skill (ALWAYS BEEN BUG BTW).. No pointing fingers in any class or bug, since the server indeed has a lot of bugs.

Hardstuck might cause not only by bugs, but abnormally close or existing of the. (example: Task Manager closing or Force close, not compatible client (rarely), and sudden disconnection)

For those who didn't read or see (sometimes understand: it's a general bug)

You should remember that u point finger in a certain class that cause hardstuck which u don't have that much proof? Cause, maybe not, trigger that hardstuck can be, if ur not reading well again, one say that the skill cause them unable to resu for that reason they're force to quit that game regardless of their own method. That might cause the hardstuck. And u are doing the same thing actually, u don't know anything as well, but u quoted something that might cause misunderstanding and fake information to others who are asking for the right answer. (If u are not aware, COS skill of cleric is always been an issue with the class.)

Also, did i quote u in my PS. ? It's call a general statement since its a public thread. Why so defensive about that?
