I start the game and his close automacly

Dont say any msg, just close at blackscreen, anyone know how I can solve that?

 

I also have the same issue. I click "Start" and it beings to start launching the game and then just reopens the Client where I start the game from. Any headway on this issue?

 

Same thing I'm re-downloading the game to see if its changes anything but it will take like half a day so il update you on mi situation maybe tomorrow ;D

 

I managed to fix my issue actually. I recently got a new antivirus called "Bitdefender" And it was blocking gamezbd from launching properly. You have to add it as an exception to change "Safe Files" because you have a folder for gamezbd on your C drive. Perhaps you also have Bitdefender and it is a similar issue

 

Have the same problems with "Bitdefender". Can you tell me, please, which folders did you add to the exceptions? I added Gamezbd folder in My documents and the folder with the game itself. Still doesn't work.

You can be baffled all you like mate. But the very first thing I did was work my way through that list and it didnt help me. So I made this post in case other people had similar issues. As a result two people who had my exact problem have contacted me and I told them how to fix it. The banner does however, look more like a photo than a link to follow.

 

Sorry if you feel as if I am belittling you @Baboonwarfare, however it does say in the solutions section, to add as exception to both firewall and anti-virus, the whole game folder, so to me it was quite obvious, that the solutions section is very useful if only players take the time to read through it and try out the different solutions.

I know that there isn't one that is specific for the description of the Original Post, to which I was actually answering, but it does stand to reason that there are some solutions that are easy to implement, so it wouldn't hurt to try them out before posting about a possible problem.

Once again, I am NOT trying to appear supirior or smartarsed, even if you read it as such, I am just trying to help out and try to find out why it isn't being used more often, the solutions section, however you were kind enough to provide an answer, so thanks, also thanks for the solution you posted

 

No problem, I guess I misinterpreted your intention. The issue with bitdefender turned out to be a little more complicated. Adding the gamezbd file paths as exceptions, it still wouldnt work. The only way to get it to work was to open your bitdefender and manually turn off specific protection options while launching the game, and then you can turn them on once the game has launched. I only worked this out through trial and error.

 

It happens to me also. Just wondering, are you all using AMD GPUs?

 

This seems to be related to an anti-virus protection, so no, has nothing to do with GPU, or CPU, or any hardware.
Some Anti-Viruses add a type of folder protection on some of your folders, making them "read-only" which means that the files in there cannot be altered. GamezBD makes a folder in your username\documents\ folder, and those tend to be among the ones protected.

Some anti-viruses even identify smartguard as a threat, or do not want the modified BDO files to run, this is just a problem with anti-virus, OR if you take a look at the solutions, by clicking on the "Common Errors and Solutions" banner, you can try out some of the solutions that are easily implemented.

 

Well, I do not use any antivirus and I disable Windows Defender already. I delete my documents after disabling antivirus etc. But it is still same. It doesn't happen only in GamezBDO, it happens in official server also. Idk what to do, i tried all solutions. Can i send my logs to you?
