Can't boot up the game.

    Hi, I wanted to reinstall the game after some time and now I can't boot up the game. Launcher downloaded everything as it should.
    I get this error code 0301 CDEF0002
    Apparently it says my "Windows OS version is not supported"
    When I click "Go online for a solution and close the game." it takes me to this site :

    My connection was really slow and i've been trying to download the game for a couple of days and now I can't play it which is annoying.
    Help please.

    You should try downloading the game from an alternate option: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/download-mirrors-client-v2308-community-provided.210022/

    I also recommend Greatly that you keep a copy of the game somewhere else, that way if something goes wrong then you can always just copy the game instead of having to re-download it.

    You might want to check this list as well, since these solutions are ususally quite useful.

    However the main thing I can point to is what Windows Version do you currently have?
    You can find your version in settings/system/about (it is at the bottom).

    "Windows OS version is not supported" its mean you cant run game on Insider Preview Windows versions. Last supported version is 1909. Need rollback win to 1909 version.

    My microsoft version is 2004*. Don't know why tbh. I'll try to revert it. Thanks for your replies.

    No...not the build, but the Version number: 1909 is what we support at the moment.

    Yeah I noticed it and fixed it now. My version is 2004.

    Apparently I can't roll back my windows because I didn't even install the 1909 and now I can't install it again. I recently reinstalled my windows and it appears that it just installed the 2004 version.
    Is there an ETA on when the SmartGuard will support Windows 10 version 2004?

    No idea, I am sorry...But I suppose that you could easily download a previous version of windows though, because I have done so on more than one occasion.

    I only found one link of the version 1909 but it needs me to reinstall the whole windows again. With my external hard drive passing away, I'll not be doing that. It would take me literally a month to download what I have installed on my computer rn because my download speed is mostly 600kb/s.

    Sorry I do not quite understand, is your external-HD broken somehow, and is that why you are unable to make a backup?

    So sorry to hear buddy, wish things were different, but sometimes computers aren't very good at maintaining themselves, and with 30+ years of experience with working with computers, I have lost an incredible amount of information myself, but it was mainly because I wasn't doing my best at keeping the computer at peak performance, as well as regularly making backups.

    So for now, you will just have to wait, at least until you have found a work around.

    Yeah, I'm ok with waiting right now, just want to learn when they will be updating the SmartGuard tho. Since it's not bound to Gamez admins, there is no information about it.

    Downgrade your windows Version to: 1909

    Other versions will not work with GamezBD...sorry :(
