Carracks? Is it worth it?

Carracks? Is it worth it?

ATM, I only have Caravel and Improved Frigate. Working on getting mats to upgrade to carracks. But after playing the whole day and only getting 1500 sea coins I pretty much gave up lol. I just looked it up and I need atleast 1 mil+ sea coins to buy every mats that are needed to upgrade which will take months. Doing the daily quest is I think similar so I am considering just saving up money and just buy the boat.

Now comes my question, Is it worth it?

Aside from Veil boss hunting (which is only a weekly boss) What else can you do with carracks?
Is there money from sea hunting? or do you at least get good drops from killing higher-end sea mobs?

Bartering is good money on retail. Here, not so much. Carrack isn't worth the investment for itself on Gamez. It's pretty much for sea warfare, Vell, and bartering. Former nobody is going to be doing since barely anybody cares about sea content on Gamez, Vell is once a week, and latter is like I said, not that good of income anymore. If anything, the only reason to get a Carrack is purely for completion sake on Gamez.

 

You can also experience a sea adventure, on a ship that discovered America and circumnavigated the world.
But that may not be reason enough

 

U do something wrong.. when u have a higher batering counter more offers will be shown up.. For Example 1x Lv5 item to Hancoven gives 400-550 Sea coins and when u bater good u end up with 4x Lv 5 items.
There are also 8 or 9 Locations in magoria where u can trade...
1 Full trip gives me 1,2k Seacoins and when u have time can reset and do it a 2nd time the same day

 

Thanks, that's good to know. I have accumulated 685 exchanges (beginner 10) and the max sea coins for me right now per 1 lvl 5 exchange is 200-225.
I hope they at least lower the cost of carracks upgrade materials.

 

the routes and the coins u get dont scale with ur life skill level of batering. it scale with the number of barters done. check grumpy green batering guide for more infomation
