Wow, I never actually paid close attention, but according to this video, blue +10 Advance cannons need only 3 volleys to take down Stalker/Hekaru. While +10 blue Valor cannons take me at least 4 volleys (after 3 volleys those seamonsters still have 10% hp left). Didn't find any retail video with +10 Valor cannons though...
So it seems I can confirm this issue is true for any type of blue cannons (note that Advance has only 13700x9 damage compared to Valor 18000x9) unless:
-This is done on purpose as part of global stats buff for monsters (compared to retail, since PEN gear is easily obtainable on GamezBD)
-Or this is also a retail bug which was fixed early, but didn't make it into the update we received in March. So it could be working properly after next patch with updated Sea content.

All canons have little damage. I have a frigate and also a small damage.

I believe that this has something to do with the "ap cap" they updated a while ago. I made some tests and did a bug report, but @Kolka said it was normal and wasn't a bug. I'm glad that this topic came up, because we're defintely taking more time, and cannonballs (I'm not gonna mention the hit box bug because Kolka already said they are working on it), to take sea monsters down. But since we're close to get the next big update, we can only wait to see if it gets fixed.

Woow, okay, that's looking like 2.5x times more than on our server, clearly visible even without damage numbers.
And if all ships are like this, it has to be related to AP caps / global DP stats of mobs.
Hopefully gets resolved with patch (or maybe later)

Any information about a fix for this in our next patch @Kolka?
