What channel are you trying to get into? Does all the channels say the same thing? I can't really see what the picture says, it's a little too small.

You said you already did a force check right? Have you tried setting a main server and clicking through it like that? Is this your first time on Gamez? Is this a fresh install?

This is where I was going next with this. "select channel location" sounds like processing error some people were getting that they needed to use a VPN for.

 

Do I need to speak out when I use accelerators and VPNs? I think this is a relatively low-level method, the conclusion is that it does not solve the problem

IF the issue is limited to the channel option and not the character select,then what u can do is,use vpn to bypass the channel select,go into a character,once everything is loaded,turn off vpn and let it disconnect for some time,maybe 40-50s then press esc,it should take u back to char select window,then u can login to char with normal connection,i do this quite often since i have the issue with ctd on trying to login quite alot,mostly due to high ping issues

Did you add the game to your antivirus exceptions list? As far as I know this problem is quite common with Comodo antivirus.

 

I did not install anti-virus software, the system comes with anti-virus, it is very friendly to gamnez files.
