Solved game closes

my game closes without any reason on my season character on the season server not clear as to why

 

any help ?

 

Can you explain a little bit more of what happens? Does it just close after awhile of you playing or are you doing something specific that it closes right after? Are you minimizing it to tray? What leads up to the crash?

 

just log in on my character game closes all the way to the launcher

 

Is it only the season character that does it? Is this a fresh install? Have you been able to play previously? Can you try:

• Clearing Cache
• Making sure to set an exception for Gamez BDO in your Firewall and Antivirus
• Force Checking

 

Did the Cache
Firewall and Antivirus are ok
have not tried the Force Checking
but played fine for 2 days and I was just questing and up and quit

 

Try to force check the game and see if it fixes.

force check and run as a administrator on the short cut seem to work
