    Your image is broken however I assume you're getting Cannot Access Game through this IP or something like that.

    If so you'll want to make a thread in the ban appeals forum as your account and/or IP address has been suspended.

    I cant see the picture either... as it only load partionally (but i can see a bit of the Aion logo) so i assume he got an ip-ban and wants to know the reason.

    Afaik you need to supply your IGN's for an answer...

    I am not a GM, but afaik there are just a few possibilties:

    A) you cheated, hacked or duped items and the punishment for that is an ip-ban

    B) you share your ip with someone else and that person did something mentioned in point A

    C) someone made a mistake (misspelling name?) and banned the wrong ip (yes that happens too) :whistling:
