    Try setting exceptions for your firewall and your antivirus.

    Try running system file checker:
    • Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
    • In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

    I had that issue, I got it fixed after installing C++, etc.
    I went to "Settings" in the launcher and click the Install C++ button.

    What antivirus do you use, if you don't mind me asking.

    I don't use any of them and I also turn off Window Defender and Firewall

    rip, still get blocked, ty
