Where can we get F/S after the big update?

Until the big update, we were able to supply and demand large quantities of F/S through Valencia Part 1 quest.
But rumors say the method is no longer available.

Then how can we get F/S except for the classical method?

You can't do Valencia part 1 quest anymore without doing all the prequels quest.

On old characters or new ones?
On my Guardian, pre-patch missions are old.
