    Bug Description:
    Manos gathering tools has 0.25 chance per fs like blackstar weap & armor​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    game gives 0.25 chance per failstack​

    Is this a visual bug or the actual chance is 16.56%?
    56 FS with premium is suppose to be 38.40% for TET enchance.

    Its not visual bug, its happen cuz new enchant formula affect all Orange grade items and those items also orange.

    Could you please confirm if this is going to be the new formula for all orange items, including Manos and won't change in the near future?
