Game crash after few minutes

    as the title stated my game crash every atleast 10 to 15min of in game time, it was not like this on my old machine, just got back from the game

    specs
    ryzen 5 2600
    b450 aorus pro wifi
    16gb ram 3200mz
    rx 570
    cv650 psu

    have you tried updating graphics card drivers, and clearing the game cache?

    my gpu driver is up to date , game cache idk where to find it >.< i just installed the game yesterday

    Open the launcher, click settings, then choose force check, While you are there also install the visual C++

    What OS is your old machine and what OS is your current one you're trying to run BDO on? Have you recently made any software changes to the current machine? If you're running on Windows 10, have you recently updated the OS? When your game crashes, does it show an error or is it a crash without an error?
