    So you had used the item and it didn't applied the feature? Could you relog to see if the "Appearance" button appears?

    I used the coupon on two different accounts to make sure there were no issues with Puck's appearance, and as you can see, it works just fine.

    Thank you for the reply. However, on my case I was able to use the appearance coupon while the fairy was unsummon. By any chance can I have just a refund so that I can repurchase and try again?
