Fallen Lords Armor not covering legs/arms?

    So I ve seen some screens of Fallen Lords armor / Blackstar armor that it covers legs/arms, but ingame it doesnt cover legs and only sometimes arms. Also why is Fallen Lord shining red first when reaching tet/pen, because its actually an upgraded pen BS armor which shines at tet/pen too(you lose your shining when "enhancing").

    Well, this is just a thumbnail, it may be Gloves and Shoes from an Outfit or the SS may not be from here... I've just watched the video and it does not show any Glove or Shoe. Player just enhanced the Armor.
