BDO crash on the way to Stars End

Hey!
i have a little Problem, everytime i try to ride to Stars End my Game crashs, than i rescue my Character over the Website bc i can't login without Crash

i reinstalled the game a few times but it doesn't fix it, some ideas what i can do against this?

Have you done a recheck before installing the game? (if downloaded through torrent)

 

Yes i did a recheck

 

You tried just reinstall or clean cache as well? Backup your GamezBD folder at Documents and delete the UserCache folder.

 

Same issue happened to me, I just had to re-download the game (torrent) as I think it got corrupted.

 

I cleared my usercache a few Times too and i used the Clear Cache Button ingame, it doesn't work

 

As @OldGamezBDUser said, it usually happens due to corrupted files, a file check/clear cache or clean install should fix it.
Is this a issue with this character only or is it happening with every character in this location? Is this the first time that this happened?

Yup, I used the torrent file twice as well before. I had this issue years back during a major update (I think it was Lahn update) but this fix really is the best for me lol.
It is possible really that hdd/ssd bad sector/corruption issues may happen specially on a big file game like this.

 

Yes, and it's a known problem... Back in retail I had a lot of problems with corrupted files, turned out that my memory were in a bad state already so I changed, but they didn't last long cuz I had other hardwares that were really outdated, now with a new PC I'm just fine. I also used to have backups, but that's because I had no clue what caused those issues. XD
