Game crash after insert character face template

i dowload some face template and put in gamzbd document, and everytime i try to insert one, the game just crash, help

 

Your using a template from a higher bdo version than on gamez. Einther wait till gamez new patch comes, or look for older templates.
Or
You didnt put it in the file converter.
Go logg into gamezbd.net website and use the file converter.

 

Even after converting it still crashes, forcing you to log in once again..

 

Like i said: then you are using a template from a higher game version than what gamez is right now. Nothing you can do about it other than waiting till our game version is the same, or delete the char and make a new one.
Never use a template on a char that has many hrs on it since you cant say most of the time, for what version of bdo the template is. You propably gota wait 2-4 months to be able to use it.

 

As mentioned before, you have to convert a preset in order to use it here on GameZBD, however, if the preset is from a higher version than GameZ you'll have to wait for the next build update to make it work.
But fear no more, the next Build Update is close and we can almost taste it. So keep your templates safe.
