Value pack issue

I'm a returning player and my Value Pack has 6256D left. I'm not am not receiving extra silver for marketplace, I can't use Marev's Palette but I can use remote node investment.
Is there a way to remove Value Pack buff? or any fix for this?

 

Try activating another Value Pack to see if works. This is from an issue long since fixed last year.

I bought one in the marketplace and didn't work, it show me the message "The buff module's duration time is invalid"; even the 7 days attendance reward value pack

I have actually same think. I havent really noticed when i am selling stuff on market. But couple months ago there was some kinda problem with value pack, and when admin fix it, they give us compensation for extra day. So that many value pack number should have more player no? Or its really bugged and i have every 30 days now buy new value pack?

 

It was a buff added to the players for being online during a specific event. You will need to activate another value pack for merv palette.

 

I didn't knew it.
If that is a buff event, then it's fine.
