Character name transfer or name change

Hello,
New player and first time posting here. I'm loving this game so far!
I would like to ask how a character name change works. I see I can get a Character Name Change Coupon for Pearls, but it says the name will only change after the next maintenance.
As there isn't a regular maintenance schedule, is there anyway to know in advance when my character name will change.
Or any way to speed up the process?

No need to worry, it will change the name upon using the scroll, you won't have to wait to the next maintenance.
