Help! smartguard error

Im getting this error after installing the new patch, my windows patch is up to date and I have not modified anything in my Norton 360 but it seems like it's blocking it. Does anyone have a fix?

 

You said in another topic that you copy-pasted the new version on top of the old one. Could you confirm that? If so, make a clean install.

 

yup. I did that already. As well as updating the windows to latest version, disabling firewall in my Norton 360, including GameZ launcher in antivirus exception files but not I g seems to be working.

on top of all that, for some reason my internet access is completely blocked in Firefox. Even after refreshing/ reinstalling it. Not sure if it has anything to do with it though.

 

Some Antivirus may not work, even whitelisted... Can you disable or uninstall it to try and see if it still happens? Also, if the Antivirus removed any file you'll have to Force Check the game in order to fix it.
