Quest progress not possible

I have one problem now.
I'm progressing through the main story and I'm having a situation where no matter which option I choose, the quest won't update.
I'm currently playing on the Japanese client.
The Japanese name of the quest is "説得の美学". It's a quest to persuade Orcs. The English name is probably "The Beauty of Persuasion".
There were other people besides me who were having the same problem.
This problem is happening with the season pass. So I don't want to recreate my character.
What should I do?

 

It's a known issue and will be fixed on next maintenance.
