The skill ”Courser’s Spirit" prevents T9/T10 horses to learn a new skill​

Bug Description:

When the skill ”Courser’s Spirit" is on the horse’s current/active skill list, it prevents the T9/T10 horse from learning a new skill.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Pre-requisites:
1.User has a Training Mastery of Professional, Artisan, or higher (Ideally/Optional).
2.User has 25,000 to 50,000 web credits to purchase the desired T9/T10.
3.User has purchased via webshop (or awaken your T8/T9).

Repro Step:
1.Purchase the T9/T10 horse from the webshop (or awaken your T8/T9).
2.Register the T9/T10 horse at the stable.
3.Check the horse’s current skills.
4.If the skill “Courser’s Spirit” is on the list of current skills, level the horse.
5.Observe the current skills after the horse levels up.

Result:
After leveling the horse no new skill is learned.

Expected Result:
After leveling the horse it is always guaranteed it will learn a new skill, especially with the rate of the server.

Note:
(1)Workaround
1.Purchase 33x “Mount Skill Change Coupon” (7500 pearls).
2.You will need to keep an eye on it whenever your horse levels up.
3.Remove the ”Courser’s Spirit” every time it appears on the skill list via the stable and using the “Mount Skill Change Coupon”. Please note that you do not need to be selective of which skill to swap it with, as you will be able to obtain all skills by this workaround.
4.Repeat steps 2 to 3 until all skills are learned.
(2) Workaround
If you were not aware of this issue and have reached max level with only less than 16 skills...
1.Purchase the Reset Mount Growth.
2.Place the horse in the stable.
3.Select the horse, and select "Reset Mount".
4.Start over and train the horse, following the (1) Workaround steps.

FYI: All samples were purchased from the webshop

1.Previously tested with T9 Pegasus (Arduanatt), with the workaround was able to learn all skills
2.Recently tested with T10 Mythical Pegasus (Arduanatt), with the workaround was able to learn all skills
3.User Family Name: MrBababu T9 Unicorn (Diné), User not aware of current bug related issue until he asked when the horse hit level 24 and only learned 10 skills. When he did the workaround, the horse learned 16 skills out of 24.

It's what we call "Courser's Spirit Method", and it's indeed used to maximize the skill rate unique to Dream tier

 

We got lucky someone figured it out. Quite interesting that it's by design lol.
