Need help plz.

Hello everyone. When i start up the game, i get to character select then the load screen.

But soon as the load screen load bar gets almost ful way, the game shuts off and this comes up every single time.

"New patch available. Click ok to logout and start update task"

But literly nothing happens when i logout. It lets me log back in, select a character , get to load screen and repeats this.

I deleted the game and reinstalled it freshly aswell to try fix it but still does the exact same routine

 

You already running v3078, right?
Check GameZBD folder to see if it's "read only", if so, change it.
Don't forget to set exceptions on Firewall, Windows Defender or any Antivirus you might have.

literly get to the load screen after selecting a character and it shuts down saying it needs an update, Then it tells me i cannot close the launcher cause its updating, but there nothing going on lol

 

Go to your GamezBD folder, backup and delete the "version.dat", open launcher and wait.
If it doesn't work, check if you're able to run a Force Check and let it finish.

 

still doesnt work. Gets to the very end of the load bar, freezes and shuts down. then "new patch avaiable" pops up. Once i try press the X button to close the launcher, it comes up saying "can't close while updating"

 

You said you tried reinstalling the game, have done this just with files downloaded through torrent or you managed to reinstall the launcher again? Have you cleared the game cache located at Documents?
You said you whitelisted on Firewall, what about windows defender and other antivirus?

 

Yes, i done a clean install. deleted everything. Firewall is turned off. Defender is turned off. Cace has been deleted too.

I get the feeling the update message isnt connected to gamezbd or its launcher.

 

Yes, please. Provide us a screenshot of the error. It's odd enough that the game fresh installed would give this message, or worst, allow your login without downloading the new update...

Okay, now it gets weird.
First thing i notice, your launcher doesnt show the "100%" above the bar to the right end.

Now we have to troubleshoot that bit** of a problem.
First thing, delte the folders inside "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO" (change "C" to the driveleter you got your gamezbd installation on, also username would be your windows username)
If nothing changes, if possible, move the whole gamezbd installed folder to another location. (im thinking about bad sectors on your harddrive)
Lastly (albeit im nearly 100% sure its not it) install newest directx, visuall c++ and netframework 4.0.

Edit: BTW you can upload pictures directly here in gamez. Its bether than the site you used, since screens can be maxed. Only a tip, not meant in a bad way mate.

I installed the game again on another drive, but getting the same results sadly.

I have indeed got directx and visual installed/updated !

It's so frustrating hah!

 

Did you delete the folder in appdata as i suggested?
Since moving the install to another drive doesnt change this.
Also i made one smal mistake, the Folder i mentioned in appdata is alway on the harddrive you got windows installed.
If deleting this folder doesnt help, then im sadly out of options mate. Hopefully it works.
