i cant get any password change or reset mails

i cant get any password change or reset mails i check spam folders i check every folder in outlook but there is no mail come from gamezbd i try that 10 times and nothing happen. okey i can talk that with kolka he can change password but i cant do that everytime right ? i need some help about that situation

 

Yeah the thing is...This is how most account trading is done, so you cannot change the email account linked to the game-account. What you CAN do is PM (conversation) one of the staffmembers, see if you can work something out, but I doubt it.

 

We can look into the password matter, but you can't change the account mail.
