Can't play retail

Hello all!

I have friends on retail that have no desire to play on Gamez and I would like to go and play with them. However when I use the retail launcher it launches the Gamez server. I tried to install Gamez to its own folder, but it tells me it has to be in the same directory as the retail instalation.

Do I have to have two retail installs on my computer to make it work?

I tried this, I put gamez on D/ and retail on E/ on my pc however, I still can't use both at the same time.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong?

 

i dont know why you want to play both at the same time but maybe running one on virtual machine could do the trick ?
im not sure but i think that gamez had some problems with virtual machines so put retail onto virtual machine maybe ?

 

You can't run both servers at the same time... Not even with a virtual machine.
