Solved One of my Character Names got Changed

Hello there,
i haven't played for several months now and it seems like one of my Character names got changed to some random digits and letters.
I don't know how to change that and i don't really want to use pearls for this.

 

This happens when you choose a name that's against NAMING POLICY, which you would know if you had read the Terms of Service or your inbox explaining why your IGN changed.



Please check your inbox in game to see if there is a coupon for name change. If not, you will have to buy one with pearls, which are pretty easy to get. Welcome back and enjoy gaming!

 

The Name was Lahn_Party, and i played this Character for more than 144 Hours so you can't tell my that the name Lahn_Party is against any of this rules.

 

First of all, I'd change my attittude if I were you, cause I am here to help you and I see no respect from you. So let's start again with good intentions, ok? Have you checked your in game mail to see if there is an explanation for the name change?

 

Yes i'm sorry, i had a really bad/stressfull day.
Now i checked it and found the cause for the name Change. It seems like the name L4hnParty didn't satisfy the "new" naming policy.
Sorry for my behavior i'm just stressed, dumb and blind ^^"

 

It's really ok, we all have bad days and I had many bad days in here too, so I completely understand!

I believe it's because of the dash (_) you had between the words and it's probably why it doesn't even appear on the mail.

Yours were n_P, so I guess it should have been N_P to be legit. Do you have a name change ticket included in the mail?
