Character customization from retail to gamez

    Hey,

    I saved up my characters customizations from retail and wanted to import them to gamez. The files are fine, but when it comes to loading it crashes instant without any error. Anyone got a fix or something else?

    Gamez doesn't support retail customization files. A converter might be released in the future.

    I try it one time before to get my custization to gamez from retail MENA and it work.

    My Files, created recently do not work with the converter. Are there any upates on that planned?

    Yes they have been exported from the retail version this week. I noticed that the Dark Knight character got optically revamped as well. The char got new hairstyle and a new default face. I think the Server might have to be updated too to be compatible again.
