just wanna ask u guys if this item is currently in the game? If not is there a chance to add this as attendance reward?

 

Does retail has it as an attendance reward?

 

About two or three months ago they often had it as an attendance reward. I still found seals in my warehouse. As far as I know, the attendance reward there was the only chance to get these parts.

Yes, it's obtained through attendance. I've asked about retail because if it has it right now or if it was recently added, than we'll probably get it soon with the next build update.
