Item has Disappeared

Hi All,

I am hoping to get some help with an issue I have encountered, the item that disappeared was a Ornette’s Spirit Essence.

I was doing boss scrolls on the character that had the item and afterwards I went to Velia swapped my char to a different one to put an item on auction then swapped back to do another boss scroll. When I got to the next boss i realised that it wasn't in my inventory as my fairy didnt heal me which was fine.

So after I do the boss scroll i try and find it, I checked all the storage containers by going through them one by one at one of the storage NPC's, i also checked all my other characters inventories and could not find it. I found out that the item can't be sold to NPC's but i still checked to make sure it wasnt on the repurchase tab. I checked the "throw item away" button in the inventory to see if it would show up there however it isnt.

After that I checked my tent's inventory and my mounts just in case i put it in there however i had not. I am certain that I had it locked so i dont think that i would have accidentally thrown it away.

I checked the Odore's one that I have and it also states that it shouldn't be possible to throw away. * Editing this to state that this description was added on because it was item locked, I am confident that the item disappeared was locked as well though.

The only things of note that I noticed was that I did attempt to put it in the family inventory which it was unable to go into.

Any help will be much appreciated and I will do my best to provide any further information and screenshots.

 

Ah I forgot to mention that I did a force re check of the client after checking everything above.

 

I also lost +5 chef's clothes and the VMonos chef's clothes.
I have already locked the items and I didn't to see item boxes such as horses in the town.

 

Do you by any chance have the family inventory? Just trying to determine if that is a possible common factor

 

I don't remember the details, but I think it　disappeared after I bought the family name bag and weight.
Or after downloading the update file

I think it will be quite interesting to see what has occurred to these items when someone who has access to the logs are able to check them and verify what has occurred to them.
