   when i click on the game exe i get fatal error and say send crash report the administrator

   Have you tried to check your game files? Click Settings on your Launcher than choose "Force Check".

   I can't even open client i get this error after double click on the game icon

   delete your launcher and load this: https://www.gamezbd.net/launcher/GamezBD Launcher.zip
   
   after it:
   
   Navigate to the following destinations and delete all in:
   C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
   C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
   
   
   And after it put launcher in game folder unzip it and run it
