I can't recover my contribution points

It may have been very stupid, but in the beginning when I started BDO on this community, I didn't know exactly how the contribution points work. I rented an item that cost 30 CP and probably destroyed it like an idiot, when I didn't need it anymore. I don't remember what item it was, probably armor. I don't know if I really destroyed the respect item. I think, as it is a rented item, normally the system should not let you destroy it, but to warn you that you can give it back, receiving at the same time the CP that you used.
I want to know if I can recover these contribution points through a certain request, I don't know exactly how the player support system works on this server.

 

Are you sure that those 30 points is from some rented item? Pass the mouse through your CP to see more information.

 

Yes, I am very sure that those points are consumed by a rented item, because before I post here, I put the cursor and it writes me Rent Item 30.
I checked on all the characters, even in the warehouse. I read the description carefully on the items, hoping to find the rented one. But I didn't find him at all.

I only have two in the inventory, I probably already placed one. But where could I return them to get my points back? Because the item does not specify the NPC.

Okay, I researched a bit on the internet and found the NPCs where you can buy these fences. I went and returned them all. This thread can be closed, I solved the problem.
