    Hello @mohcrazy2012,
    Have you added exceptions for your launcher and game folder on Firewall and Windows Defender?

    1. In the Start menu click Settings, and then enter Firewall in the Find a Setting search box.
    2. Click Windows Firewall in the search results. In the resulting Windows Firewall window, click Allow an App or Feature through Windows Firewall.
    3. In the Allowed Apps window that appears, click the Change Settings button, and then Allow another app...
    4. Select both Launcher and BlackDesert64bin. Give both permissions.

    Also, try reinstalling the launcher. Download it at our website.

    Could you send me a picture of your exceptions on both Firewall and Windows Defender? Do you have any other AV? Link provided not working.
