Alchemy Stone Growth Rates

Any chance of getting a buff on success chances for making better alchemy stones?

"Shining Alchemy Stone Of Destruction" hasn't been listed in a month (NA) and there's nearly 40 pre-orders on this 32B item that has sold a whopping 10 times. I don't see anywhere if we do have boosted rates, but trying to get a "Shining" stone from a "Splendid" stone (13.6B) likely has <3% chance of success without a boost. Average that out to maybe 33 attempts to succeed and that's nearly 450B, nevermind the "Resplendent" stones you'd be throwing at trying to get "Splendid".

I would just keep going to Vell but honestly Id take 10% attack speed over 3 sheet ap and 5% attack speed any day.

Would it be possible to use cron stones system to prevent failure in the future? Gambling is fun to do, the success rate should stay the same as it is now but with cron stones available
