can't launch launcher error

whenever i launched the launcher, i get this error...



i already set exception in the anti virus for the launcher

 

I would like more information in order to assist you...
Which AV are you running? If BitDefender, you may want to turn off "Advanced Protection", if it doesn't work, just turn the whole AV off for a while.
Which Windows do you have? Don't forget to set exceptions for GameZBD folder (and the other GameZBD folder located at Documents) on Windows Defender and Launcher/Client on Firewall.

norton antivrus, same result after turning off antivurs
i already have up to date .NET framework

 

Is this still a issue? You didn't answer all my questions. So, please, read it again and answer properly. Double check the steps I mentioned.
