Solved I lost equipment because of losing connection

    I lost my PRI: Tungrad Necklace.
    I use Advice of Valks(+40) to enhance Tungrad Necklace to PRI: Tungrad Necklace, it succeed.
    Then i try to put it into warehouse from character inventory. Unfortunately, i lost connection with server in that moment.
    When i reconnected to the server, i found the Necklace wasn't in my inventory or warehouse.
    In the beginning, i thought enhancement might be failed actually, so the necklace disappear.
    But my character Today's Journey show the enhancement result was success.
    How can i get the equipment back?
    (My mother language isn't English, if there is any semantic error in the article, sorry for that.)

    Check your in-game mail, system usually automatic return items in this situation.
